Entrega no tempo esperado. Lanche simples e gostoso, porém infelizmente veio um pouco mal montado (não sei se por conta da entrega…). Maionese muito boa também! Pretendo ir comer na loja física um dia pra experimentar outros sabores.
O lanche é muito gostoso, a carne estava no ponto. Recomendo experimentar os molhos, tem quatro opções é até difícil saber qual foi o melhor. Fomos recebidos de maneira muito educada pelo atendente Alan, gostamos muito de tudo.
Minha primeira vez comendo aqui, e foi perfeito! Atendimento excepcional do Sr.Alan, juntamente do Sr. Thiago. Tudo impecável, o lugar é muito bem decorado, e traz uma experiência diferente do que estamos acostumados em Campinas. Parabéns!

Desde o primeiro contato fui muito bem atendida, principalmente pelo Tiago, dono da hamburgueria, que foi super atencioso, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e explicou com clareza sobre o espaço reservado para aniversários. Dá pra perceber o cuidado e a dedicação dele com o atendimento ao cliente. O espaço é lindo, organizado e aconchegante, com banheiros impecáveis. O espaço de cima é incrível. No dia, o atendimento do Allan e da Sabrina foi excelente: explicaram o cardápio e deram boas sugestões. Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que a insistência em relação à avaliação no Google poderia ser menor, pois me senti um pouco desconfortável com a repetição, além de achar que a comunicação entre a equipe pode ser melhor alinhada. Os hambúrgueres são muito saborosos, a batata é ótima e os molhos são ok. Os preços estão dentro da média do Cambuí e entregam uma boa experiência. Recomendo para comemorações pequenas e também para aqueles dias em que você só quer comer um bom hambúrguer.
